HighlanderOne (467), Somewherein, New Jersey, USA Jul 5, 2007 Poured from bottle. Very yellow. Head persists. Not much to detect in aroma. Roast malt flavor, but not much else, maybe weak hops. Flavor gets a bit rancid toward the end. There are many better choices for those hot days.
djd07 (386), Houston, Texas, USA Dec 2, 2008 Bottle. Pours a clear golden color with a medium frothy white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is a light corn malt and yeast. Decent lacing on the glass. The taste is a very bland watery malt with a metallic finish. Not much going on with this blond from AB. ilherps (93), Carbondale, Illinois, USA Oct 25, 2008 Grapefruit aroma, looks like an american lager. Tastes of banana bread, this is actually very good. Dont let the Anheuser name fool you! This is not your average macro. Haslinger (567), Syracuse, New York, USA Oct 19, 2008 Tap at a random bar, smells a bit sweet with some malt, definite hops in the taste not a bad beer at al. Very drinkable I was surprised this was an AB beer, Wouldnt buy again but wouldn’t turn down wheelz843 (120), Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA Oct 15, 2008 bottle. pours a light yellow with not much of an aroma. has a bit of a nutty taste. very easy to drink due to the lack of flavor. maugus4ever (59), Winston-Salem, North Carolina, USA Oct 15, 2008 Pours yellow-gold with a thin white head and very slight lacing. Not much flavor but has a little bit of a bitter finish. Sessionable but not very tasty.
