Pour on tap, hazy yellow pour with white head, aroma brought notes of lemon, vanilla, hints of grain, and off white fruit, trashy note, slight veggie, corn in there as well. Taste is a mix of vanilla, tart lemon, veggie, corn in there, slight trash, biscuit and bready notes, hints of yeast, finishing slightly tart.

On draft at GABF 2012. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Nose is slight wheat, some prickly citrus, and mild acidity. Flavor is a nice base berliner weisse: prickly citrus, some lemon, and slight wheat staying in the background. Light in body and nice overall.

On tap. Pours with a hazy golden body with a lasting white head. Aromas of strong esters and lacto yogurt. Flavors are odd. A strong note of water that has been used to boil lobsters, wheat, seafood, shrimp, weird. Light acidity. Thin and dry. Very odd flavors, and I am not quite sure what went wrong with this one.

(Draught) Pours a pale yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of wheat bread, orange zest, and grain. Flavor of wheat, banana, subtle lemon, and dough.
