500 pounds of malted barley and 500 pounds of Brazillian honey gives this Braggot Style IPA huge, complex flavors and generous hop additions backed up that sweetness with just enough of a bitter bite. Braggot, traditionally a blend of Ale and Mead, is a thousand year old beverage even mentioned by Chaucer in ‘Canterbury Tales.’
