COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Who says the hoppiness of a full-blooded American pale ale can’t be an explosion of hops? Alpha Master is a sessionable ale loaded with Simcoe, Centennial, and Columbus hops in the kettle. It’s then generously dry hopped for two weeks with Simcoe and Centennial for a resiny and citrusy aroma. Restrained use of British caramel malt lets the hops come front and center. This beer will surely master your palate and olfactory senses.

clear amber beer. Medium white head. Lots of lacing with good head retention. Aroma is predominantly pine and tangerine citrus with some tropical notes - mango, pineapple. Mild bready malt backbone, but it’s definitely hop forward. Taste is dry with good hop flavor. Just a touch of bland bitterness in the finish, not that I mind. Just a touch of malt flavor but it’s mostly those same hop notes coming through. Light on the palate. Drying. Tasty stuff.

M: light with nie carbonation and medium pine bitterness. O: Very drinkable but you dont get that explosion of hops like the description says.

Clear amber color with ivory foam. Dank, spicy, weed, cat spray hoppy aromas. Medium body. Nicely bitter, resinous spicy hop flavors with a solid pale malt base brew to balance--good.

I had this on tap at Beachwood in Long Beach, CA. This beer has a nice balance of hops & malts and a good flavor.

On tap in Long Beach. It pours golden with a nice white head. The aroma is tangerines and tropical fruit. The flavor is dry and very hoppy with grapefruit, some pine and only mild hints of grass and bready malt. Very bitter citrusy finish. A real hop bomb of an APA.

Pours a pretty orange color. Not much aroma coming off of this one. Lots of grain and cereal notes with a healthy dose of bitterness. Tastes a little stronger than 5.6%.

Pours a golden orange color with a thick white head. Heavy on the citrus and pine hop aromas. A bit of pineapple and maybe a slight herbal character to it. Hints of bready malt as well. Lots and lots of pine flavor and a strong bitterness, too. Citrus flesh and peel notes are prominent. Some bready malt and just a little bit of sweetness.
