Clear golden color with ivory head. Big grapefruit, pine aromas. Light to medium bodied. Big bitter grapefruit rind, pine needle flavors in a wispy pale male base brew--good hop flavors but not enough malt to balance

On tap at Stone Bistro. Poured a golden orangish pour with thin white head. Aroma was grapefruit and dank floral hops. Taste was very malt forward with a small bite of hops. Good pale ale although I did enjoy the aroma much more than the taste.

Draught @ Toronado SD. Clear golden with a small white head. Nose of rye and citrus rinds. Lots of tropical fruit and grapefruit rind dominates, not much on the malt area other than some rye and a tinge of rye sweetness, which is just fine. Bone dry, bitterness at a 6. Low carbonation with a light body. Tasty.

Tap at Toronado copper gold color. Pine grass aroma. Flavors of bitter dry hops and mild hop back bone. Finishes pretty dry and lean . Great beer and could drink much more.

On tap at toronado... Pours a hazy cidery orange brown hue, smewhat hazy in nature, and then topped with a soapy creamy white head... Somewhat dank and crisp vibrant tropical fruit hoppiness. Somewhat lively and dank and very well much fresh. Comes to life after a bit of warming. Very citrusy in nature....flavors are crisp with juicy yet dry tropical fruit based hoppiness. Incredibly dry in the middle and well on through the finish. Tasty and entirely drinkable. One of my favorites of the day.

Clear gold pour, nice white head. Great clean hop aroma, some citrus, grass, and a perfect amount of sweet malt in the nose. Love the clean hops flavor, not overly bitter but a spectacular version of an APA. Great hops presence with a superb malt balance.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours with a clear golden yellow body with a somewhat thin, frothy white head that leaves great lace. Aromas of citrus, light tropical fruit notes, a bit dank, grassy and herbaceous. Very light malt sweetness and a bit of spice. Mostly clean ester wise. Flavors are dry with a good bitter balance. Light crackery, bready and lightly earthy malt notes. Floral, grassy, dank, gooseberry and tropical fruit hop notes. Lingering bitterness. Lively carbonation, dry finish, quenching and sessionable with a fulfilling bitterness. Great XPA.
