Dubbel In Paradise is a traditional Belgain-style dubbel. We begin with a base of German pilsner malt blended with specialty malts from Belgium to create a deep malt character. Addition of a unique Belgian "candi" syrup imparts flavors of rum-soaked raisins. Delicately balanced by floral German hops, Dubbel In Paradise is fermented with our favorite Belgian yeast. A dry finish and lively carbonation make this dangerously drinkable.

Dark, hazy amber pour with an off-white head. Very sweet aroma of brown sugar, caramel, and dark fruit. Tons of banana and bubblegum, too. Nice clove note, some yeast, and a bit of toast. The flavor is on the sweet side with plenty of the dark fruit, brown sugar, and caramel notes. A good yeast, banana, clove, and bubblegum character. A little bit hot/boozy on the finish, though.
