Tap at Beachwood. Pours a light, clear golden with big lacing head. Aroma is refreshing an stale at the same time. Not sure about that. The taste is exactly as I’d like a "everyday beer" to be. Pale lager-ish with a great grain bill and some slight fresh hops. The fresh cut grass is also nice. Can this one on the cheap!

Sample at GABF 10/11/2012, thanks to Bluemeow76 for assistance with note-taking. Clear yellowish color with a medium foamy white head and stringy lacing. Bready malt and hops aroma. Light body with flavors of toasted malt and grassy hops. The finish is sweet with a short malty aftertaste. Slightly above overall.

Tap at Beachwood Long Beach. Pours clear yellow, medium head formation. Webby, thick, complete lacing. Nose is soap, pineapple, sugar cube, skunky lemon and sharp resin. Sweet cantaloupe. Taste is herbal, sugary, small pineapple. Lemon tea palate. Just a little bit too bland and suddy for me. Clean, but sometimes light diacetyl or DMS is actually wanted for this style.

A really smooth and elegant beer. Pours a bright and pretty yellow. Loaded with malt but not grainy or cereal-y or too sweet. Very good balance here. Great with the Beachwood steak salad.
