Cloudy orange pour with a small white head. Nose is quite funky, lots of straw, pineapple, earth, and pepper. Strong yeast character, some grass, and lots of must. Flavor is somewhat peppery, a and a bit phenolic with some hits of plastic, straw, and grass. Light malt sweetness, a decent fruit character, and plenty of yeast. Moderate spiciness, some earth, and a hint of citrus peel. Mouthfeel is a little slick and lowly carbonated.
