COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
"Awk biff whap zamm!" You’ve just been dealt a massive hit of hops in our newest "West Coast" IPA, Hop Jitsu. Layers of Warrior, Simcoe, Amarillo, and Citra skillfully mow their way through a base of American 2-row malt. A kiss of Canadian honey malt accentuates the tropical and tangerine flavors & aromas from the large Amarillo/Citra dry hop charge.

On tap at the Brewpub. Pours with a crystal clear golden hue with a giant and lasting white head with good lace. Aromas are of tropical fruit, mango, papaya, tangelo, light alcohol. Dry, floral, grassy, juicy fruit. Awesome aroma! Flavors show some perceived sweet fruit hop character, grassy, medium to low bitterness. Tropical fruit, citrus zest, clean and crisp. One of (if not) the best IPA’s that Julian has made (and he makes very impressive IPAs).

I had this on tap at the brewpub in Long Beach, CA. This clear golden pour has a nice hoppy flavor with citrus notes and just the right amount of malt in the background.

Good if you like hops and citrus and not malt, like me. Flavor is fresh hoppy all the way, even 10min after the last sip!

Clear pale orange colored pour with a white head. Nice peach and mango hop notes, a bit of pineapple, and an incredibly citric grapefruit character. A mild malt sweetness to it, too. Incredible fruit flavors. Melon, grapefruit, peach, and mango. A light hop bitterness and some sweet bready malt. Very nice.
