COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hoppa Smurf is a hop-tastic Belgian-style IPA. Brewed with a base of German pilsner malt and a dash of Belgian caravienne malt, Hoppa Smurf is infused with an abundace of German Magnum, Tettnanger, and Hallertauer hops in the kettle. It is then dry hopped with a massive charge of Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand and Amarillo hops from Washington state. Fermented with our favorite Belgian yeast strain.

Love the name! Yellowish pour, whit head. Great hoppy aroma and a cool fruity/tropical yeasty note. Flavor just lets the hops shine and the belgian yeast adds a complex twist. Superb. I could drink a lot of this one!

On tap at the source. Pours with a clear golden hued body with a lasting white head. Aromas are estery, light peppery phenols, tropical fruit, distinctive NZ hops, light banana esters, grassy. Flavors are very bready and malty, grassy, grainy, fruity, and estery. Lasting bitterness. Some alcohol. Dry finish with medium to lively carbonation.

Clear golden with a creamy white head. There’s grapefruit hiding under the strong hoppy vegetal and cut grass aroma and taste with bitter hop resin dominating the smurfing finish.
