Sampled at GABF 2012 with Andrew and Moreau. Pours a light body with nice white head and minor lacing. Aroma is citrus, light grass and malt. Mouthfeel is medium to light with notes of crisp hops, sweet caramel malts, light fruit. Plain overall, but not bad.

Tap @ CBC. Clear amber body with a medium creamy offwhite head. Aroma is light malty with notes of hay and bread. Toffee as well. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter. Very drinkable.

(Draught) Pours a clear amber body with a medium beige head. Aroma of caramel, nuts, citrus, and roasted grain. Flavor of citrus, grass, bread, and caramel with a dry, bitter finish.

On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration. A near clear golden honey colored one with a medium sized lacing beige head. Aroma light peachy, some malts, and for some bizarre reason this reminds me of pancakes! Soft to average carbonated with a oily texture. Lots of sweet peaches in the taste. I would go so far to say that it’s fruity as hell! Light citrussy and caramel-sweet before it ends somewhat mouthdrying. Nice 12.05.2012

Draft @ CBC 2012. Pours a pale amber color with a white head. Has a fruity weak hoppy aroma. Fruity malty hoppy flavor with weak hints of caramel. Has a fruity malty hoppy finish.

Clear medium to dark amber orange colour with a average, frothy, fair to good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity, peppery - like ceder wood. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120512]

Cask. Pours clear red amber with a minimal white head. Aroma is quite hoppy witha slight spice. Taste is quite bitter and very dry. Some citrus flavours like orange and tangerine come through. Long dry finish.
