COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Rubia is a traditional Belgian-style blond ale with a refreshing edge. German and Belgian malts mingle with our favorite Belgian yeast to create flavors and aromas of fresh fruit and baked bread. German hops delicately balance things out with lively floral notes and spice. A clean, dry finish combined with lively carbonation makes Rubia a drinker’s delight.

Clear golden color with white head. Grainy white bread, straw, dusty aromas. Herbal, grassy, white bread flavors with a drying finish__not bad.

Pour on tap at the brewery, clear yellow pour with thin white head, aroma brought notes of white pepper, slight phenolic notes, hints of white fruit, slight grass, spice notes, yeast, hints of biscuit and bread as well. Taste is a mix of white fruit, grass, spice, hints of earthy tones, slight peppery notes, finishing spicy, dry, with some sweet biscuit notes as well.

Draft. Nice take on the Belgian style. Lots of yeast, fruity esters, banana. Low carbonation. Would be very easy to session on a sunny day.

Draft - Lots of grain and a slight sweetness. Pale clear gold with a nice rich head. Wheat and the typical Belgian yeast profile. Slight bitterness ans spice balance the beer nicely. A great patio beer.

Sample at Beachwood; a simple, but drinkable beer. Crisp flavor with yeast and fruit. Rather abrupt finish. Solid.

Pours a clear golden color with a white head. Incredibly clean aroma with nice bread and biscuit malt notes. A nice fresh hop bite (mostly floral hops) and a hint of spice. Not too much sweetness to this, fairly dry, especially on the finish. Good bread flavor and a soft floral hop character. A little bit of yeast and some hints of fruit esters and pepper.
