COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This lively Belgian blond ale is accented by notes of lightly toasted malt and graham crackers. Brewed with imported German and Belgian malts, this beer is finished out with German hops. Floral and fruity aromas round out this refreshingly dry Belgian ale.

Pours a bright golden orange. Aroma is a bit of fruit intermingled with cereal grain. Light and effervescent on the tongue. Easy on the palate. The malt and grain tastes take over at the end pleasantly.

A: The pour is a clear golden straw color with a bog white head on it. S: A nice maltiness to it with some bread and cracker notes. A little bit of banana notes, citrus peel, and a fair amount of spiciness. The spice is mostly white pepper but a few others I can’t pinpoint. T: A nice sweetness to the beer with bready and cracker malts. Light bananas with some citrus peel notes and a light bitterness. Some hints of fruits in there, particularly some pears and apples. M: Light to medium in body with a medium to high carbonation. O: A nice and easy to drink Belgian beer with good flavors. Quite enjoyable.

i had this on tap at beachwood in long beach poured in a tulip glass, this one fingered golden pour had a nice flavor with a dry feel on the palate that makes it an excellent beer to pair with food

On tap at the brewpub in Long Beach. Pours with a clear golden hue with a creamy, long lasting and sticky white head. Aromas are grainy, pils like, spice notes, herbal hop notes. A bit earthy. Medium esters and slightly higher phenols. Buckwheat. Flavors are grainy, crackery and a bit wheat like from the malt bill. Dried fruit esters, medium clove and pepper phenol notes. A medium to assertive bitterness on the mid palate with a crisp finish. A bit floral and grassy. Medium to lively bubbles, light bodied and very dry.
