Cask at the Tiger Inn, East Dean, 17th July 2010. Hazy amber with a line of white head. Fresh aroma of biscuity malt and a citrus nose, with a hint of grapefruit. Really nice and dry, papery in a good way, not overly citrus or resin laden. Very drinkable and very summery.
