monterey (8), Redmond, Washington, USA does not count Mar 15, 2004 This produces a lot of foam out of the tap. Very cloudy, good aroma, has that great "belgian" flavor. Very popular among brewpub patrons, if not the staff. Every time I've ordered it, they warned me "It's very sweet.." I like it though. mreeves (249), Sammamish, Washington, USA Feb 9, 2004 Had on tap at brewery. Nice blond trippel. Good head, nice Belgian flavor with hints of vanilla. Very tasty. Gusler (2656), Tucson, Arizona, USA Dec 30, 2003 The beer pours to a hazy and or foggy golden yellow, the head is planetary in size, spumescent in texture and bright white in color as it degrades every so slowly the lace forms a glutinous sheet to smother the glass. The nose sweet and fruity, fresh cut pineapple, hints of bubble gum, quite a treat for the schnozzle, start is ambrosial, dry, rich in malt, top is fair to middling in feel to the palate. Finish is personable in its acidic bite with the hops delightful and mellow in their spiciness, yet they stay through to the desert dry aftertaste, a fine beer, a fine brewery.
