Bottle pours reddish hued amber, large bubbly off-white head, spotty lacing, with soft carbonation.   Grapefruity aroma, some pine and hop bitterness also.   Mino hop bitterness.   Slightly malty, but comes across as more of a Pale than an Amber.   Body and mouthfeel seem a bit unpronounced.   Finishes with a soft hop bitterness.   Not bad, but nothing exciting either.

Harvest Ale--2002 12 oz. Bottle. 5.60% ABV. 42 IBU’s. (4.0 / 5.0) Oktoberfest? Clear rich bright amber red color. Mild floral malt hop front. Medium lacy head. Sweet thin light toasted malty caramel fruit spicy body. Biscuit Amber ale notes. Clean light citrus hop end. Crisp. Sampled 10/16/2002. Harvest Ale--2003 12 oz. Bottle. 5.60% ABV. 42 IBU’s. (4.5 / 5.0) Amber Ale. Clear rich amber color hazes dark with sediment. Light lacy head. Rich malty floral hop front. Sweet creamy smooth malty caramel fruity biscuit ale body. Clean mild citrus rich hop end. Best BCBC? Sampled 11/24/2003. Harvest Ale--2004 12 oz. Bottle. 5.60% ABV. 42 IBU’s. (4.0 / 5.0) Harvest Ale. Mild creamy lacy head. Hazy rich dark amber color. Rich floral ester Cascade hop front. Creamy mild sweet rich doughy crystal malt mild toffee fruit yeast body. Balanced lingering malt smooth hop end. Sweet. Sampled 11/7/2004.
