COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION The Grizz is an already limited Belgian-style brown ale. This version enjoys a 14-month vacation on the sunny beaches of French oak barrels. Still profoundly malty but with a sharp tartness from the wild yeast.
On tap at Bar Great Harry. Pours a deep brown with ruby highlights and a large beige head. Light sourness and a little bit of wood. Medium bodied, nice oude bruin flavors, light vinegar. Toast and wood with some light sourness and some light plastic on the finish. A bit lackluster.
