Draft at Stone Sour Fest 11. Dark brown pour, with a small light-tan head. Sweet dark malts, nectarine juice, stone fruit, light sourness, and a bit tart lemon. Decent enough, much better then the prickly pear.

Tasted at the 5th Annual Bistro Barrel Aged Beer Fest on 11/13/2010. This Belgian Strong Ale pours a medium brown color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity and sweet, tart, oak, yeast and peaches. A medium bodied Belgian Strong Ale. The malts are fruity and sweet, tart, yeasty and peaches. The hops are herbal and earthy. Nice mix of malt, fruity, wood and tartness. Nice carbonation. The oak comes out at the finish. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. The aftertaste is tart.
