(Draught) Pours a cloudy brown body with a medium beige head. Aroma of oak, nectarine, caramel, and vanilla. Flavor of raisins, nectarine, peach, oak, vanilla, caramel, and plum with a dry finish.

On tap at Stone’s Sourfest. Pours with a deep, murky brown body and an off-white head. Aromas of laffy taffy, dark fruits, caramel, chewy, light stone fruit. Flavors of beach schnapps, tart, nectarines, caramel, vinous, oak, barrel. Dry, a bit warming, medium bubbles.

Draft at Stone Sour Fest 11. Dark brown pour, with a small light-tan head. Sweet dark malts, nectarine juice, stone fruit, light sourness, and a bit tart lemon. Decent enough, much better then the prickly pear.

On tap at the Triple Rock Sour & BA Fest. Pours dark brown with a decent tan head and an alcohol aroma. There is a sour fruity malt flavor with a dry finish. Very tasty.

Draft @ BGH, sour bear republic event. Black pour with some tan head. Aroma is tart citrus, assuming nectarine, and light earthy tones. Flavor is light tart citrus and oak some hints of chocolate and sweet malt.

Draft. Mahogony beer with a dark cream colored head. Acetic/sour aroma/ Acetic/sour flavor with peach and light darker malts. Medium bodied. Acetic/sour notes linger with peach and light darker malts.

Draft. Pours a black body with an off white head. Vanilla and custard notes, with citrus, and light herbal notes. Nectarines, citrus but a bit muted. Light oak notes and a hint of sour citrus with a modest warming.

Tasted at the 5th Annual Bistro Barrel Aged Beer Fest on 11/13/2010. This Belgian Strong Ale pours a medium brown color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity and sweet, tart, oak, yeast and peaches. A medium bodied Belgian Strong Ale. The malts are fruity and sweet, tart, yeasty and peaches. The hops are herbal and earthy. Nice mix of malt, fruity, wood and tartness. Nice carbonation. The oak comes out at the finish. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. The aftertaste is tart.
