A pitch black black bear colored beer with a disappearing chocolate colored head. The aroma is sweet with notes of chocolate, while the flavor is dominated by chocolate as well as coffee notes.

22 fl oz bottle. Pours pitch black with a huge, creamy and chocolate brown head. Aroma is nice hops fruity and roasted chocolate and dark malt. Smooth mouthfeel. Fruity hoppy and nice roasted malt flavoured. Dark chocolate and hoppy grapefruity. Bitter and roasted malt flavoured finish. Nice lingering and smooth.

Bottled. Thanks jcalabre!! Very black with dark beige head. Roasty, salty licorice aroma. Dry and softly malty with notes of coffee. Very rich and powerful. Salty bitter finish. It seems you can't go very wrong when making a dry imperial stout, and this is just fabulous.

Bottle, thans to Secret Santa for this one. Pours a black color with a tan head. Roasted malty chocolate aroma with some hints of licorice. Roasted malty chocolate flavor with some hoppy hints. Also some hints of caramel and coffee.. Roasted malty finish with hints of chocolate and coffee.

Bottle @ Kihoskh, Copenhagen. Pours black with a small creamy beige head and lacings. Roasted coffee and a whiff of chocolate. Smooth and full bodied. Easy and simple BUT - Tasty and very well made!

Dark brown color with red reflex. Mild aroma of roasted malt, alcohol, liquorice. Medium body strength, with good malt and dark caramel flavor, a hint of chocolate; strong bitterness. It doesn’t seem very imperial, but it’s a bold Stout, quite good.

Tap. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are rich roast malt, coffee, chocolate, licorice and hops. Nice dry and bitter finish.
