651mL Pours deep cola to black with massive, tight bubbled lighter tan head. Awesome retention, huge lacing. Nose holds cocoa powder, grilled mango, dark chocolate cake. Taste is denser, nicely bitter, lactic dark chocolate, mild pine. Slight soap and tanginess in the finish. Thicker mouthfeel as it warms.

22oz bottle: Pours a mostly opaque black with a stringy-lacing off-white head. Has a lightly sweet dark malty nose with lots of fresh resiny hops. Starts with pretty good fullness and clean dark malty sweetness with good piny hop bitterness and flavor before a drier bittersweet finish. True to style and enjoyable.

Bomber. Appearance is a dark brownish black color with a cap of tan foam. The aroma is mostly pine and citrus with mild roasted malt notes in the background. The flavor starts out with grapefruit, orange rind and tropical fruit along with some bittersweet chocolate, toffee and charred malt. Mouthfeel is medium-bodied with moderate carbonation and a piney, smoked finish.

22oz. bomber that pours a very dark burnet, with some retention and lacing. Aromas are a mix of pine and toasted malts. It has a upfront sweetness followed closely by pine hops and burnt coffees with some nuttyness. Flavors blend well. The sweetness and burnt like notes follow into the finish.

Bomber from Coral Bay in Greeley. Pours a dark black with a tan head leaving a lot of spotty lacing. Aroma has black patent malts, citrus, caramel and pine. Taste is of sweet caramel malts, bitter citrus, fruity hops and molasses. Medium bodied. Somewhat syrupy but dry-ish in the finish. Finishes terrifically bittersweet - good blend of both the citrusy bitterness and the sweet molasses. A nice one!
