Bottom of the glass is crystal clear...There is clearly heavy filtration on this beer. The belgian triple yeasty profiles are not dominant or very present.
Aroma is that of a sweet honey/candy sugar backbone. It’s not unpleasant but it does not showcase anything of a good triple style beer.
Body is very thin and syrupy...The flavor is one dimensional candy sugar. If you are with a novice beer drinker who doesn’t like beer then this syrupy brew might make them happy.
I was blown away that they only pour this in a 12 ounce belgian style open/tulip like glass. The beer was so one dimensional and sugary that I could not be interested. Of all the beers I’ve had there this is the worst.
Most of the beers are very hoppy. This one lacked hops which I thought was good for a belgian style but really there is nothing belgian about it. Save your 8$ and buy a real belgian.
Or go to Russian River Brewing for a better example of the American Belgian st yle.
Don’t say I didn’t warn you. Save your cash. hayduke (1693), Eureka, California, USA

Nose of fruit and bubble-gum. Slick and creamy mouthfeel. Flavor shows typical belgian yeasts notes with citrus, apple, and flowers. Finish is dry. Nice Belgian Tripel.
