COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Café Racer 15™ features aromas of bright citrus and resinous pine from the generous use of Citra, Amarillo, Cascade and Chinook hops which are complimented by a dry malt finish. The result is a high revving Double IPA that is loud and assertive, much like the rebellious street racers who inspired it. Never ride alone...

This has to be one of my favorite double ipa's ever. Nice citrus aroma though could be stronger. Nice dry finish, but does have a sweet taste in the middle that I would like a slight more bitterness to counteract. That is my only complaint with this better, and it would just be a personal preference ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bright citrus hop aroma. Gold color with a fluffy white head with excellent lacing. Flavor is full of citrus hops. Malt flavor is minimal. The bitterness is clean and not overpowering. Body is medium with medium-high carbonation. Overall, a great tasting dipa! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cafe racer 15 on tap at the BR brewpub in CA. Good head. Slight haze. Medium amber. Some sticky lacing. Aroma is hoppy with a hint of honey. Citrus and pine hop mix is pronounced but tamed, especially re bitterness, by the malts. Easy drinking for a DIPA.

Bomber to glass. Pours a orange - copper color with little to no head. Aroma is piney hops and very floral, fruity hop bouquet. Hints of caramel malts on the nose. Taste is much more profound pine and pine resin. Slight honey sweetness from the malts. Alcohol burn hits late Palate is medium body, low carbonation. Pretty good, but would have liked a bit more carbonation.

Bottle. Pours an orange body with a small off-white head. Aroma of grass, dank, weed, pine, herbs, and caramel. Flavor of pine, grapefruit, resin, herbs, grass, and some caramel with a dry, bitter finish. Hides the alcohol well, but ooooh you feel it. Nice!
