3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours dark blond with low white head. Nice lacing. Aroma is of malt, caramel, fruits (tropical), citrus. Taste is of malt, caramel, butterscotch, tropical fruits, sugar, pine. Palate: Medium body. Balance is on the sweet side. Overall: Very fruity, wich is good. Pretty sugary, wich is not that good. Reading other reviews of this beer makes me wonder if we had a fresh bottle. Hard to tell with no info on bottle...

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle (22 oz). Shared by Guillaume, thanks! Clear golden/orange with a medium off-white head and some lacing. Aroma of citrus, malt, alcohol and juicy hops. Taste is moderately sweet with malt, citrus, alcohol and moderate bitterness. Warming finish. Medium body. Low to moderate carbonation. Mouthfeel is really oily. Dry finish. Good DIPA. A tad too sweet, but I have seen far worse from beers of this style.

Thanks to jwale72 for the bottle! Pours a bright honey orange with some haze and a small off-white head. The smell is caramel, citrus and pineapple some pine. Taste is super well integrated with the aforementioned flavors. Medium body that is a bit oily with nice elegant carbonation. A very nice imperial IPA.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle shared by Guillaume, thanks! Pour is golden with a really low head that leaves light lacing. Aroma is of alcohol and hop oils, not really sure I could name any of the hops used in this one. Taste is medium bitter, I could never tell this was supposed to be 100 IBU. Maybe because of the hefty malt backbone? Yeah. It was sweet, a bit too sweet. Some citrusy flavors. Mouthfeel is sticky, body was medium. This is a good but not outstanding DIPA.

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Hazy orange with a creamy white head. Aroma of grapefruit, and pine resin. Sweet malt, alcohol and citrusy hop bitterness predominate. Full bodied but not heavy or syrupy. Long malty, bitter finish. Well done.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours hazy copper with a soapy eggshell head. Aroma is citrusy, piney, resiny hops and some bready malts. Taste is a little sweet, but the aggressive hop bitterness balances it out nicely in the finish. Dry and fruity on the finish. Good stuff.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Poured from a 22 ounce bomber. Huge citrus hop nose, I could smell the hops from a foot away. The flavor is citrus, tropical fruit notes, resinous American hops. This is a great West coast IIPA.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a hazy gold, with some sediment floating, the head dissipates, and leaves a sticky ring that hugs my glass. The aroma is of citrus, pine, floral hops, and a pleasant malt tone. In the taste I noticed grapefruit, sweet malts, and a mild bitterness. The finish is very good. It was of citrus fruit, sweet malts, a weak bitter kick, and the booze hides nicely. Overall this is a very drinkable for a double IPA and is surprisingly kind to my palate.
