Café Racer 15™ features aromas of bright citrus and resinous pine from the generous use of Citra, Amarillo, Cascade and Chinook hops which are complimented by a dry malt finish. The result is a high revving Double IPA that is loud and assertive, much like the rebellious street racers who inspired it. Never ride alone...

Snifter... Evening star Del Rey. Pours cloudy, hearty, caramel Amber. Virtually no head. Aroma isn't powerful, but if you get close and take a nice sniff, you will enjoy. Pineapple, vanilla, fresh. First sip emphasized quality over quantity. Going to grow on you as you sip. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma - is very resinous buried deep below is a caramel malt. There is the presence of alcohol as well. Appearance - is an orange copper body with a thick white head that falls quicker than expected to just a slight foam - minor lacing. Taste - is full of bodacious pine resin - slightly oily big Pacific Northwest Hops - Cascade, Chinook really shine hear. The malt is muted. This is more of the classical IPA variety. There is no citrus decipherable in this beer. Palate - body is medium, texture on the oily approach, the carbonation average, the finish bitter and medium in length. When I entered into craft beer, this was what you came to expect from an IPA, pine not citrus. It’s not for the timid.

Pours hazy Amber orange gold with a white head that fades to a rim and bubbly coating. Nice legs. Aroma is caramel and sweet citrus hops. Taste follows. More sweet that bitter with a juicy flavor and a resinous hop aftertaste. Good backbone and a bit tangy. If you like DIPAs on the sweet side, you will like this one. Very enjoyable.
