3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle share at the Syb Pig in Boca Raton. Pours a amber-orange with a medium white head. Good lacing. Serious pine, resin and citrus on the nose with a touch of barnyard. Taste was very hoppy with pine, pine resin, and citrus all of the place. Well balanced with the malts. Medium body, good carb. Finish is bitter with fresh hopness.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Cafe racer 15 on tap at the BR brewpub in CA.
Good head. Slight haze. Medium amber. Some sticky lacing.
Aroma is hoppy with a hint of honey.
Citrus and pine hop mix is pronounced but tamed, especially re bitterness, by the malts. Easy drinking for a DIPA.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bomber to glass. Pours a orange - copper color with little to no head. Aroma is piney hops and very floral, fruity hop bouquet. Hints of caramel malts on the nose. Taste is much more profound pine and pine resin. Slight honey sweetness from the malts. Alcohol burn hits late Palate is medium body, low carbonation. Pretty good, but would have liked a bit more carbonation.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Pours an orange body with a small off-white head. Aroma of grass, dank, weed, pine, herbs, and caramel. Flavor of pine, grapefruit, resin, herbs, grass, and some caramel with a dry, bitter finish. Hides the alcohol well, but ooooh you feel it. Nice!

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
650 ml bottle. Pours a cloudy amber with a medium white head that has good retention. The aroma features citrus and pine. The taste is tropical citrus, grapefruit and oranges in particular, set in a ridiculously sweet caramel malt base. The palate is full and smooth with lively carbonation. Finishes sweet. Overall: Too much caramel for me.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20

4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Came back to the brew pub just to try this whilst on vacation on Ryans advice. Super beer, big nose and big flavours. Was worth the extra bit of effort.

A very, very solid DIPA from the west coast at a great brewery. I wish I was able to get my hands on this more often.
