COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Café Racer 15™ features aromas of bright citrus and resinous pine from the generous use of Citra, Amarillo, Cascade and Chinook hops which are complimented by a dry malt finish. The result is a high revving Double IPA that is loud and assertive, much like the rebellious street racers who inspired it. Never ride alone...

On tap at Bistro DIPA Fest. Clear orangish copper color with a small off-white head. Citrusy hoppy aroma with some sweet malty notes. The flavor is rather citrusy with C-hops, grapefruit and mild pine. Medium-full body with hoppy oiliness and average carbonation. Solid offering overall.

Growler to snifter. Pale yellow. Little head that dissipates to nothing. Looks filtered. Aroma of orange. Taste is nicely strong bitter. A touch of DIPA sweetness on the front. Alcohol is well hidden, but comes through a bit more pronounced as it warms. Palate is medium. Overall a really nice West Coast DIPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap. Pours with a hazed yellow hued body with a white head. Aromas are of tropical fruit, intense citrus, lightly dank, low malt, tropical fruit and a bit of cara malts. Flavors are hoppy, sweet, dank, lightly citrusy with a lot of bready malt flavors. Grassy, cellulose, tropical fruit. Fuller bodied which makes it flabbier than I like for my IIPAs.

Thanks to blutt59 for sharing this growler. Orange-amber color with a white head. This is one dank smelling beer. I get a ton of resinous pine notes in the aroma and not much else. The flavor is more complex but just as hoppy. I get a good dose of orange citrus, as well as some dank, resinous pine notes. The hop flavor is huge but the bitterness is not too high. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Awesome.

Thanks to the kind soul who brought this to the Pre-Hunhapu Tasting. Pours a hazy yellow-orange with a white head. Nose is caramel and a huge citrus bite with bits of pine and some nice tropical fruit notes. Medium to full in body for the style and a beast of an IPA.

Pour on tap, pour was hazy orange with white head, aroma brought nice notes of grapefruit, pineapple, nice orange, hints of lemon, nice caramel, toffee, slight spice notes in there with a hint of grass and pine. Taste is a mix of juicy grapefruit, orange, lemon, some pineapple, mango in there, touch of pine, grass into spice, earth with some caramel and toffee sweetness, finishing sweet and bitter. Nice.
