Tap. Poured a hazy yellow color with a moderate frothy white head that lasted and had good lacing. Medium citrus hop and yeast aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. This beer met my expectations.

Growler from Bierkraft. A nice bitterness, very Czech pils. Not complex but nice, with bitter water edge. Medium mouthfeel, decent drinkability. Lacey.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Tap at Rattle N Hum. Hazy golden pour. The nose is quite hoppy with a lot of fresh Saaz hops initially over a lightly diacetyl-laden malt base… uh-oh… that’s not good. Very musty and stinky and as it warms up it turns into a butter bomb. Meh, no thanks.

16oz, $8 at BrewRiver. Clear golden color. Good thin sort of rocky white head. Leaves impressive, more full lace. Lighter body. Smooth, crisp lighter carbonation. Lightly dry in the finish. Light bready pilsner malts. Good crisp hop profile, bit of grass, nice moderate bitter taste. Lightly spicy hop. Great pilsner, very crisp and enjoyable. What about this is "double", though? It is a mystery

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pour on tap, clear orange-yellow pour with white head, aroma brought notes of biscuit, bread, slight spicy notes going into some caramel notes from the Vienna, touch of earth, slight grass in there as well. Taste is a mix of sweet caramel, biscuit, some lemon, hints of grass and earthy hops, slight spice in there, finishing slightly bitter, hints of sweetness come through as well. Not bad.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Draft at Craft. Wow, this one has to have one of the largest standard deviations I have ever seen. The pour was medium gold with minimal head. Nose was pale malt, honey, mild hops and citrus. Tasted pale malty, bready, with hopcitrus and a medium sweetness. Not horrible, just not much going on with this one, and the hops were too subdued.
