Aug 12, 2008 On tap pours light gold with a small white head. Clean lager nose, a touch sulfery and with just the softest notes of malt and hops. Very clean tasting, soft and simple, but is the sort of bear you wish just had a nice crisp hop finish to it. Instead just balanced and unexciting, but not meant to be. Replicated a clean Mexican lager but slightly better, but I’m not going to get too excited about it.

Aug 11, 2008 Exactly as expected. It is a craft beer version of a Mexican lager (Corona, etc.) It might be the best Mexican lager I have had, but it still wasn’t worth getting excited about.

Aug 4, 2008 ~Pours a light golden caramel color. Diminishing head.
~Light malt honey sweet scent.
~Sweet wheaty taste folowed with slight bitter. Nice flavor that I wasn’t expecting.
~Light feel. Crisp clean finish.
~ A great summer brew. I found this to be delicious!

Jul 22, 2008 Dark straw pour with off-white head. Nose is caramel malt, hops, citrus. Tastes dry hoppy with caramel malt and mild peppery notes. Smooth with medium to light palate heft.

Jul 14, 2008 Draught at Cole’s, Buffalo, NY. Pours a slightly hazy yellow-gold with an average size lasting white head. Very, very mild aroma of sweetness and...I get nothing else really. Flavour’s sweet, which I wasn’t expecting, with grain, fruit and honey. Light bodied. Not bad but I wouldn’t want more then one pint of this.
