Draft @ the brewery. Deep orange, glowing almost. Nice malt profile in the nose, some sweet cherries, lime and a mild kick of hops.

Tasted at the Pizza Port Real Ale Fest 2004. Orange gold color. Medium head. Aroma is fruity and sweet. A medium bodied ESB. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are slightly spicy. Nicely balanced. Mild tasting ESB that is very much in the English style. Soft and full carbonation. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Had on tap at the brewpub in Healdsburg. Light orange appearance, soft white head. Clean, light floral aroma. Good, subtle bitterness with lighht citrus notes and a nutty back end. Clean, smooth mouthfeel. Not the best from Bear, but very solid.
