Pale golden pour. The nose is fruity and citrusy with grapefruit and a touch of soft spice. Dry, but perceptible malt flavour rounding out the back of the palate. A little bit of moderate clean bitterness and some lingering spice. Crackery and delicious. A great APA

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
On tap at Beer Republic during SF Beer Week, what a week! Pours copper with gold edges and near white head. The aroma has modest levels of spicy hops, a touch of citrus and then some floral at the aromatic periphery. The taste is nice and crisp and fresh with spicy hops and then it gets sort of floral with bittering floral hops and then a light amount of floral flavor hops. Yummers.

3.8 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Been a while since I got to add a beer around here. Cask @ Public House for SF Beer Week (along side "Stone + Bear Republic TBA", so info was a bit thin). Great clean hop aroma with a nice floral-ness. Very mellow, the cask helping that even more. The light aroma/flavor floats along well into the aftertaste. Quite a tasty beer and a nice treat for beer week.

Bang on pale ale enjoyed at the Tap Room. Light golden colour, lacey, easy smooth mouthfeel. Citrus orange bitterness. Good drinkability. No astringency at well. This apparently will become their main pale ale. Above average bodied and medium hoppiness.
