Commercial Description:
Our hefe weizen is a refreshing, unfiltered, hazy, golden wheat beer. We use a unique bavarian yeast strain which imparts a fruity and spicy, almost clovelike, character, a classic flavor for this style of ale. Our hefe weizen is very distinct, high in carbonation, and displays a thick creamy head.

Tap at brewpub. Big wheat aroma with cloves. Hazy, medium gold. Flavor is estery, of cloves and a bit of banana. Wheat finish. Nice representation of the style.

Draft @ the brewery. Semi-cloudy orange. Sweet and sugary lemons, wheat. Finishes with a fresh zesty sweet lemon flavor.
