COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This traditional Oktoberfest beer is brewed to be enjoyed throughout the fall. Big malt character is balanced by noble hops and a dry finish. Prost!

On tap at Capone’s. Pours a medium brown with some rusty int. Nice off white head and moderate lacing. Smell is a bit plain with some doughy malts and hints of herbal hops. Taste is better as the malt becomes pronounced and picks up some slight caramel flavors and lots of bread. Hops are of the earthy, herbal variety. Mouthfeel is nice--light to medium body with good carbonation. Good drinkability and one of the better Marzens I’ve had, which seems to be happening more lately. Draught at Capone’s: Aroma of malt, wheat, and light banana. Poured amber/copper in color with a large, creamy, dense, off-white/tan head that lasted throughout. Excellent lacing. Flavor is slightly sweet. Tastes of malt, grain, and a hint of caramel. Medium body. Average texture. Average carbonation. Malt finish is lightly sweet. This is an Oktoberfest?
