COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This winter warmer is brewed with winter fireside contemplation in mind. Rich malts are complemented by cocoa nibs and Mexican chocolate, while the German wheat beer yeast strain lends banana-rama goodness. Old Saint Chongo, patron saint of our monkey friends, requested this beer himself. Relax in your favorite recliner and enjoy this banana split in a glass.

Winter, warmer. Brown pour with tiny tan head medium body. Chocolate/ mexican chocolate. Perfectly toasted malts. mellow and dry. Clean and easy to drink.

Tap @ Holiday Ale Fest... Poured dark brown with a thin head. Lots of cocoa and yeast spices. Cloves, and a little bit drying. Some fruitiness too. Evan a natural hint of herbalness with some strong banana yeast flavors.
