Golden orange, fairly clear. Reasonable amount of light tan head. Light citrus, pine. Good amount of biscuity malt. Decent amount of bitterness, though far from overpowering. Malt sweetness lingers. Medium body, cleaner, though alcohol is fairly upfront. Pretty darn good.

Big expectations but they were not fully achieved. Didn't seem as well balanced as a 7-8% IPA should be, too boozy on the nose and palate. Overpowered the hops too much. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Widely available, really good, easy drinking IPA. It’s not overdone in any way. Nice beer!

This is a great IPA. When you pour it, nice heavy head that leaves proper lacing on a glass and lasts for quite a while. Dark, amber coloring with light carbonation and wonderful aroma. Taste is hoppy, deep, nice aftertaste. Caramel, bread, chocolate. Definitely a must-drink beer.

The faint floral scent compliments the more potent orange and rosemary aromas. Just enough toffee and stone fruit to make this a very drinkable IPA. This is still one of my favorites and never disappoints. $6.00; this is the best value bomber for an IPA I know of. Same goes for the Bear Republic stout.

Draft at Eureka. Not much to say about this that hasn’t been said already. A classic that today leaves me cold. Solid, nice pine/citrus combo, but so many others out there like this now it just seems like all the rest -- well-constructed, but nothing that makes me want to get a 6-pack.

So flavorful, and a great palate for such a high abv. It's doesn't have the huge hop explosion if that is what you like, but everything else would still make up for it ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Very fruity with lots of mango, light pine and grapefruit bitterness, not much nose to speak of. Really hits the spot after a hard days work.

My quest for awesome American IPAs that I cannot acquire in Toronto takes a stop at this beauty. What a fantastic brew. I’m pretty sure this is older than it should be --due to ABC Liqour Store not giving a rat’s ass for shelf life -- & its still a fantastic example of the style. Pours deep mango gold & offers a mushy one finger cap. As for style, this one leans more toward citrus & pine hops & less on the bitterness. It results in a sharp, tasty hop experience. Very balanced. My comrade in hop juice back in Canada -- Mr Hippyhop (not sure if his ratebeer tag is a hip-hop reference or a trippy hippy nod ) -- would dig this. Wish I could get this back home. Damn.
