gabbo27 (5), whittier, California, USA does not count Aug 13, 2004 I have absolutley nothing bad to say about this beer. A hop lovers dream. Probably the best I.P.A. I’ve had so far. ikreckel (4), USA does not count Jul 10, 2008 There is not a better balanced beer in my opinion. From the initial look (perfect orange coloring) to the bouquet, to the first taste through to the finish, every part of the beer (alcohol, hops and barley) is perfectly in balance. I’ll be drinking this one for a long time. soulassasin (3), San Marcos, California, USA does not count Jan 12, 2007 Great bif hopy flavor and aroma. The combo of columbus and cascade hops really take this one to another level. ElGaucho (1730), Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA Jun 13, 2004 Very floral and hoppy in the nose. Piney and perfumy. Visible particles in the light brown body. Off-white head. Beautiful lace. Head is a little diminishing. However, this is an attractive brew. Full bodied and very good. Although it has a strong hop profile, it is quite smooth; almost cask-like. I could drink this all night long, and as such it obviously has good session quality. Almost perfect. tbissell99 (6), San Diego, California, USA does not count Jul 23, 2002 RealAle (12), USA Mar 22, 2006 This is one of the best beers in the U.S. made by one of the best(& consistant) breweries. The hop aroma jumps out before the 1st sip, a golden barely hazy color with a nice even head that lasts the better part of the pint(depends on quickly you consume). The hops engulf your mouth without going overboard.
