Draft. Clear yellow color. Not much aroma. Bitter and medicinal taste. Not my favorite.

From the tap poured an amber color with a fair amount of head. Nice hoppy flavor with a lingering finish.

Draft at Capones. Slightly gold color with white head and solid lacing. Nose of citrus, floral hops, and grain. Citrus, grassy, floral hops, and a lot of malt characteristics - honey , slightly roasty taste. OK

Draft, pours cloudy golden color with white soapy head, and awesome lacing. Aromas of grass, flowers, hay, honey, and dry wood. Taste is very bitter, dry with notes of honey, florals, wheat, vanilla malts, earthy hops. Finish is very dry. Light to medium bodied pale ale. Decent.

On tap at Capone’s. hazy golden with a small sized off white head. Floral, citrus, an grainy. Thinner body.

Aroma is very subtle. A bit of earthy woodiness and some soft herbal sort of flavour. Meh - not a terribly interesting hop. Kind of soapy

On draft at Bear Republic. Clear golden amber with a small white head. The hop aroma is very unique, I’d say very herbal but don’t really get any citrus, there is also a mild toasty malt presence. Flavor is medium bitter with a mild malt sweetness, alcohol completely hidden. Medium body average carbonation. Very interesting hops in this one, very herbal tea like.

On tap at brewery. Clear golden with a fizzy white head. Clean but faint citrus and grain aroma. Earthy citrus and cereal grain taste with a bitter musty finish. Bright palate.

Sampler at the brewpub. This is part of the Rebellion series, so same malt base, new hop. I personally didn’t pick out much citrus from this hop in aroma nor flavor. Aroma it presented a floral hoppiness, and flavor was very floral as well with some mild herbal notes. Decent beer, but it sort of seems like the malt backbone of this series was left weak to help the hops show through.
