COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This copper colored beer is a blend of Racer 5 and Red Rocket worts. It is fermented with a Belgian yeast strain, giving the characteristic clove, spicy aroma. The American hop bitterness & aroma balances the Belgian character. This hybrid beer is so unusual we named it SUPER FREAK! Freak Out!!!!

Tap @ Bear Republic. Poured a mostly clear amber color with an off-white head. Dry very hoppy flavor with estery yeast notes then coming through. The beer was almost astringent. Dry and moderately bitter. Malty aroma with a pine hop nose underneath and a light Belgian yeast character. Some warmth.
