Draft at the brewery, served in a flight. Pours a cloudy pale white wine color with no head. A bit acetic, with vinegar, lemon juice, white grape skins, sourdough, yogurt, and wheat. Light-bodied, with low carbonation and a dry, acetic mouthfeel. A bit much for the style.

Poured from a tap. Part of a sour flight at The Birch. Cloudy lemonade appearance. Sour milk aroma (not in a good way). VERY sour, and not being a fan of the style, I don’t yet appreciate the benefits.
