Really insanely dry and tart. Need to have another for specific notes, but definitely a highly recommended beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cloudy pour with a thin head that dies quick. Aroma is tart. Taste is a blast of tartness upfront with a little berry sweetness. Dry finish. Seems so sour at first, but melts away on the finish. Medium bodied.

On tap at Sour Solstice. Pours a hazy gold with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is strong lemon, oak, dough. Thin mouth, lemonhead sour, very acidic, vinegar, good.

Draught at the Rosamunde, San Francisco, CA.
Hazy pale yellow colour, no head. Sourness, berries, white currant and tartness in the aroma. The flavour is sourness, tartness, berries, vinegar and currants. Strong and tasty. Very expensive though.

Pours an electric yellow, pineapple juice color. Aroma is of pineapple juice, and citrus aromas. Taste is tart, sour, flavorful juice that tickels the tongue. A lasting aftertaste of champagne bubbles, and citrus. A light flavorful beer that was a joy to drink because of the low alcohol content and complex flavor for the style.

Draught. Pours a very slightly hazy dark golden color with almost no head on it whatsoever. Nose is decidedly tart with a bit of funk to it and some light sour fruit to it. Taste is quite sour as well, though refreshing and easy to drink.

Draft pour at Indigo. Pours an apple juice color with no head. Sweet and sour lemon aroma. Flavor matches with aroma, with a lemon tartness that continues to intensify. Super sour citrus. I love that. Great addition to the style. Good stuff.

This poured a slightly hazy straw color with a white head. Aroma was of fruity Brett, light lemon juice and wheat. Flavor similar, but borders on the edge of acetic and very mouth puckering

Sour. Lemon, white grape, wine. Decent. Too sour. Weird aftertaste. I wouldn’t call it best wild beer

"NOT quite as expected. This was a wild ale as much as a berliner, but succeeded either way. The Wheat shines through, as does a sopious amount of mouth puckering lemony tartness and funk. Loved every sip."

Sample at Rustico. Hazy yellow color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of tart fruit, oak and mild spices.Light-bodied with flavors of tart citrus and peaches, yeast and oak. The finish is lightly sour with a citrusy aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
