COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Regular.
A light, ruby coloured ale with excellent hop and malt aromas, and a smooth, dry, malty flavour. A real ale that landlords tell us is popular with younger drinkers.

An amber-red beer with a huge light orange head - quite dark for a bitter. The aroma is sweet malty with a hint of acidity, while the flavor is acidic malty with light notes of caramel.

another brewery naming all their beers after animals...this one was somewhat funny though. mostly toasted malt flavor with a bit of hop flash in the palate of bitterness. easy to drink but uniinteresting.

Cask@GBBF04’. Some slighty dark malt flavours come through in this bitter, slightly nutty, toasty. Citric hops in the finish, and not much else.
