COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Rich golden beer with a full malty taste and subtle hoppy aroma. Brewed in the ancient market town of Congleton in Cheshire using classic German malt and hop varieties.

Cask at the Brewery Tap, Wimbledon Village, 12th Oct 2010. Coppery amber with a small quite subtle malty nose. Flavour is definitely malt dominated. Caramel with a hint of chocolate. Earthy hops though too. Quite full palate. Not bad but I wouldn’t stick with it for a second pint.

Cask @ The Bon Accord. Aroma of grass & citrus fruit. Rich golden brown colour. Dry bitter citrus & lime flavour. Sour aftertaste. Interesting.
