Hazy blond color. Light aroma of hops and elderflowers, cleaning products too. Dry mouthfeel, flowery and grassy, elderflowers and nettles. Very strange, not bad.

Cask at the Bow Bar, Edinburgh. Amazing aroma. Apple juice, bread, elderflower, popcorn. Soft, fruity (apples and grapes) and bitter, but with a sweet breadiness to balance it out. Light carbonation, pretty drinkable. Nice long aftertaste. Fascinating. Not bad at all.
