600 ml bottle. Clear deeper orange, firm off-white froth settles and lasts. Pungent herbal floral aroma with some c-malt. Taste is very Gaelic, heather, rose hips, a hint of treacle, pale c-malts, evergreen burps. Average carbonation, light-medium bodied, moderately hopped. Crisp and dry, delightful. Such a delicate yellow hazy floral beer. Not that bitter, and not that sweet. Just a perfect balances of floral fragrances and some herbs in the taste, bit reminiscent of thyme. Great summer beer.

A very dry, herbal beer. Some great dry, grassy, green hoppy notes, with some minerals, and cereals. Quite floral, and herbaceous. Light honey, and more grassy, green hops in the finish. Quite bitter, but very pleasant

Bottle from LCBO. Pours amber with a white head. Aroma is foody, herby... Medium body, medium carbonation. Light spice, yeasty, herby, pepper, lemony... Different, and tasty.

(1100-120614)

Pours gorgeous amber with thick white head. Aroma of APA spruce and citrus, as well as blueberry. Tastes of flowers, banana, blueberry, banana and the dominant citrus. Refreshing yet complex. A really nice beer.

Dorée/cuivrée, avec un col de couleur crème. Nez d’épices herbacé et d’agrumes. Goût de caramel et d’épices chaudes. Finale légèrement sèche et amer. (Notes du Mondial 2014)

This pours with a fluffy white head on top of a slightly cloudy, medium to dark amber body. It has a very pleasant hoppy aroma that also has fruit and floral aspects. All of the ingredients give it a complex character, but not overly so. It’s a crisp and slightly dry but quite refreshing beer that you can just sit back and enjoy. It’s very easy to drink, feels good to the palate and has a very pleasing finish.

Bottle from the LCBO. Pours a cloudy golden hue, big fluffy white head, tons of lace. Smells of sweet citrus, hops and honey. Tastes a touch bitter, rather sweet, a little spicy, very floral. Quite good.

bottle. Golden colour, nice lasting head. Aroma of piney hops. Taste is dominated by hops, very fresh, but not enough malt to balance. Good if you like this sort of hop bomb, not for me.
