600 ml bottle from LCBO. Pours a hazy golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is fruity and floral, spices. Taste is pretty much the same. Quite refreshing.

Hazy golden yellow colour. I’m surprised by the how aggressive the aroma is. it jumps out of the glass with pungent hops and freshly cut Cannabis, herbal grassy and that vanillin note from the ’Myrica gale’. It also has that sort of pineapple citrus note to it. More of the same bitter hoppy and grassy notes complemented by some light vanillin like quality. A very interesting beer that I was worried about trying but super glad I did!

650ml bottle from the lcbo. A very dry, herbal beer. Some great dry, grassy, green hoppy notes, with some minerals, and cereals. Quite floral, and herbaceous. Light honey, and more grassy, green hops in the finish. Quite bitter, but very pleasant. A nice summer quaff.

600ml bottle. Pours a hazy pale orange with a light tan coloured head. The nose is very pine heavy, with light wood notes, and herbs. Taste wise, it’s surprisingly herb heavy. Dry, with a rosemary/thyme hybrid taste, resinous hops, light woody notes, and an interesting floral bitterness. This is a nice change of pace. Decent stuff. I’d buy it again.

Pretty good stuff. Pours hazy amber colour with good white head that laces glass well from bottle. Aroma is light, earthy, musty. Tasting brings out some pine, a bit of soapy hops.

Bottle from LCBO. Pours hazy amber with off-white head. Aroma is fruity and floral, spicy, with pine, and something sharp and "tangy" I can’t put my finger on; it’s quite strong. I don’t taste that "something" in the taste, in which all the ingredients seem to balance out to give a grainy, fruity, floral taste with a bitter finish.

Pours a hazy golden colour with a large white head settling to a thin ring and little bits of lace left. Aroma is spicy phenols(peppery), earthy, floral, citrus, maybe noble hops. Flavour is herbal, earthy, citrus, spicy, sharp mild-medium bitterness, and mild sweetness possibly from the maple syrup that gives a good balance.

Thanks to cfrancis for this one. Pours a hazy golden yellow with a small white head and no lace. Aroma of citrus hops, honey, earth and a nice floral bouquet. Taste of sweet flowers, honey sweetness, citrus hops, light rose hip aad a bit of fruityness. Overall a really nice hoppy pale ale with a complex flavor and Aroma.
