Pretty good stuff. Pours hazy amber colour with good white head that laces glass well from bottle. Aroma is light, earthy, musty. Tasting brings out some pine, a bit of soapy hops.

Bottle from LCBO. Pours hazy amber with off-white head. Aroma is fruity and floral, spicy, with pine, and something sharp and "tangy" I can’t put my finger on; it’s quite strong. I don’t taste that "something" in the taste, in which all the ingredients seem to balance out to give a grainy, fruity, floral taste with a bitter finish.

Pours a hazy golden colour with a large white head settling to a thin ring and little bits of lace left. Aroma is spicy phenols(peppery), earthy, floral, citrus, maybe noble hops. Flavour is herbal, earthy, citrus, spicy, sharp mild-medium bitterness, and mild sweetness possibly from the maple syrup that gives a good balance.

Thanks to cfrancis for this one. Pours a hazy golden yellow with a small white head and no lace. Aroma of citrus hops, honey, earth and a nice floral bouquet. Taste of sweet flowers, honey sweetness, citrus hops, light rose hip aad a bit of fruityness. Overall a really nice hoppy pale ale with a complex flavor and Aroma.

600 mL bottle. Read the description above. This beer tastes exactly like you think that a beer with all of those things in it would taste. In a good way. Not a great way, but a good way. Perhaps less muddled than you’d think.

Pours hazy blonde with long lasting and coarse shaving-lather head. Very complex on the nose, with wildberry notes, ample grapefruit, a wild lactic sourness, and ripe starfruit. Good body on the palate, with balanced carbonation and upfront bitterness. Loads of hops, in a balanced IPA style. Some malt and sweetness to back-up the bitterness. Lots of exotic pine and herbal notes. I was expecting this to taste like alcoholic Ricola, and it kind-of does, but not in the offensive way i imagined it might. Some wild funk, but mostly in the background. Very interesting and drinkable! Very cool.

600ml bottle from the LCBO. Pours a slightly hazy orange with a generous pillowy white head. Aroma is heather and grass and a mix of citrus and spice. Taste is a good balance of sweetness and a great long dry and bitter finish. A large number of competing notes make this quite interesting but not something for everyday. Mouth is medium slick with slightly soft carbonation.

600ml bottle from the LCBO. pours hazed golden with a big off white head. looks amazing. aroma of heather, and dry wood. the flavour is mostly spice. the body is quite lean and the finish is bone dry. overly spiced and over attenuated for me. not cranberry, no maple. it looks pretty and the aroma is good. just pour it in a glass and smell it.

Pours straw yellow with a moderate pillowy white head. Aroma is citrus, floral and straw grains. Taste is cereal grains with citrus and herbal notes. Interesting beer, easy drinking.
