COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Thanks to a partnership with the Canadian Amateur Brewers Association (CABA) and the Ontario Craft Brewers, the winner of the CABA Homebrewer of the Year gets to help design and brew a beer with the Beau’s team. John Baine and Beau’s are proud to present this collaborative effort. Boomerweiss features an intense banana flavour that goes all the way to 11 and is complimented by clove-like spiciness and a bubblegum aroma. Lively carbonation helps to accentuate this classic hefeweizen’s drinkability.

Growler. Pours a slightly hazy gold with an average size diminishing frothy white head. Aroma of banana and bubblegum foremost along with wheat, light spices and some light hops -- there’s definitely more banana then I care for but that’s a personal preference. Flavour’s quite lovely, with wheat, bubblegum, banana and spices all in a nice subtle way, nothing over the top. Nice body for the style. I enjoyed this very much.

Pretty clear gold color with a haze, Nose is spice, yeast, light sweet, taste is balanced and sweet with bubblegum and banana, light hoppy-lemon bitterness, pretty cleanly made and nice finish, actually pretty swell.

Draught pint at the launch party at Rhino. Golden colour with a large white head, and much clearer than expected for the style, just a very slight haziness. Nice aroma, with loads of banana and bubblegum, and a wisp of spiciness. Flavour follows, with lots of fruity esters, and just a hint of clove in the finish. Substantial body, making it a nice cooler weather weiss. Stylistically, it’s out in left field a little bit, especially in terms of the appearance, but it’s still very enjoyable.
