Pretty solid. Pours golden with some head and lacing. Grassy notes, fruity and some pils bite. Tastes light sweet light bitter. Full body.

On tap at Imbibe. Clear yellow with a large white head. The aroma is interesting, peppery and boozy with some yeast and pale/pils malt. Flavour is mildly better with an emphasis on the thick-feeling pils malts and dry black pepper in the finish. There is a strong booze presence, and though it’s somewhat abrasive, I wouldn’t go so far as to call it unpleasant. Definitely reminds me of a lot of Euro malt liquors, so I guess they more or less nailed the style. I mostly enjoyed the pint.

Bouteille 600ml. De couleur dorée et claire. Nez de grains de malt sucrés, de houblon herbeux (herbes fraîches,), floral et épicé (poivré) avec des traces fruitées et d’alcool. Moyenne-mince en bouche avec un pétillement moyen ainsi qu’une texture légèrement huileuse. Goût moyen-léger amer de houblon floral et légèrement herbeux (une amertume présente en arrière-goût toute la gorgée) accompagné d’un moyen goût épicé (poivre) ainsi qu’avec des traces fruitées et végétales lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un goût de grains de malt pâle légèrement sucrés et croustillants puis en finale l’amertume de houblon s’accentue légèrement en se faisant plus herbeuse, assez asséchante et aux notes terreuses en plus d’être appuyé par un léger goût d’alcool. Post-goût moyen et sec, moyennement amer de houblon floral, herbeux et aux notes terreuses avec un léger goût d’alcool.

On tap. clear golden pour, nothing out of the ordinary. Fresh aroma, slight grassyness, hoppy tang, tame. Alcoholic punch initially, "imperial" flavour, leading to hops, not quite IPA levels of bitterness IMO accurate for Pilsner moniquer. Clean, refreshing. A little fizzy for my tastes. Lay off the carbonation a tad or maybe the boys will make a cask version?

Bouteille 600 mL. Blonde dorée translucide. Nez légèrement sucré, faiblement houblonné et fort en alcool. Bouche huileuse, chaude d'alcool avec un profil de pilsner sur les stéroïdes. Pas un succès.

Pours a crystal clear golden yellow with a moderate white top. Aroma is faint bread malt. Taste is biscuit and bready malts, bitterness with definite german hops.

Clear golden colour with a dissipating head. Very sweet, hop, malt flavour. Strong aroma of honey. Thick oily texture.Quite tough to drink. Somewhat tasty but not really enjoyable with the mouth feel to it.

Bottle from the brewery. Medium yellow with a really nice creamy frothy head. Aroma is clean dry malt - hops not really present. Nice, but thought it might be stronger. Taste - very interesting stuff. The body is just perfect - medium creamy, yet lively. The taste is creamy clean malt up front and then the hops kick in. Quite well balanced really. Lots of booze here too that really kicks in as it warms up a bit. I am not suggesting ice cold, but kept cold this is a terrific interesting beer - it just suffers a bit as it warms. Another neat beer from these folks.

Aroma clean lager solid aroma. Mello hop character for strong rendering of pils . I would say its mellow even for Mocne beers. 6-
Appearance neatly presented with crystal clear sparkly gold. Nice depth, fairly long lived white top. 4-
Flavor and Palate : medium full bodied. Hops are more bittering than aromatic. Bitter character more accented in flavor. Herbal Noble hop feel on top. Very drinkable. Skipping muted aroma profile this is solid brewing.

Bouteille de 600ml. février 2013, ne peut pas être plus fraîche. Bièr dorée avec une mousse beige crémeuse. Au nez, qui est discret, il y a du malt pils sucré et une touche simple de houblon. La bouche est sucrée mais la texture crémeuse est fort agréable. Un produit sans grande distinction. Merci à celui qui veut rester anonyme…à cause de sa femme !!!
