3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Cloudy yellow pour with average white head. Nose is lightly funky with lemon and wheat. There’s also something vaguely herbal about it. A fair letdown on the palate. Light citrus notes and lots of wheat. Comes off watery with just a hint of funkiness. Just a hint of salt (without adding from the bag around the neck). Decent but largely forgettable.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Had this a year ago when they originally made it, it was great! This version for the masses is not true to the Gose style, kinda didn't taste like anything... Touch if coriander.

Blonde doré. Légère. Très rafraichissante. "Blanche". Légèrement saline mais subtile. Banane. Frais. Coriandre. Très bien. Simple.

bottle. Poured hazy straw coloured with a thin white head. Citrusy herbal aroma. Light dry mouthfeel with a tart finish. Grainy wheat flavour, sour citrus and vegetal notes.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
My Bottom Line:
Bulky wheat and coriander whip up a nice light dessert of a brew.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam decorates the cloudy blond.
-Salt and acidity are quite timid for the style. This could definitely be more refreshing than it is...
-The soft effervescence could be higher to increase the refreshment factor.
-The body is not rich, but it certainly is richer than the typical Gose.
-Mild banana esters are also perceived.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours light golden with an initial foamy head that ends up leaving a white ring, barely any lacing. Nose is quiet, some light orange zest maybe. Notes of orange, some cereal, some lemon, light salt. Taste is light salt, light sweet and barely any bitter. Light body with lively carbonation.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle: Poured a pale yellow color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of light wheat malt notes with some light coriander is a bit blander than I was expecting. Taste is a mix between some light coriander notes with some light wheat malt with subtle unrefined grainy finish. I didn’t add the salt bag but not sure it would have improved things greatly. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not bad but definitely a notch below some of the German example I tried before.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Hazy darker yellow/gold colour. Aroma is coriander, sulfurish, earthy, a slight hint of brine and tart apples. Medium bodied brew with remarkably balanced (I know, not what I was expecting) profile. Light salt, light spice, light tart. overall a decent brew but lacks a little aggressiveness. Glad I have that salt packet to boost up the flavours on this one.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours straw gold with minimal hazing. Bubbly head with a bit of lace. Nose of lemon and wheat, and sour dough. It does have a bit of salt, but in a very lightly soda water kinda way. Nose transitions to the palate easily, with the addition of a bit of funky yeast. Some herbal bittering at the end. It’s nice to see the style being represented. This is a bit safe.
