3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Picked up a 4 pack of WTF at the Beau’s store front at the brewery. As noted, this is essentially Lugtread with a different yeast according to Beau’s. Slightly darker and more golden than Lugtread. Aroma is definitely bread/yeasty. Can’t really detect any other spices or flavours. Taste is strange, just off a bit. It’s Lugtread but has the wheat characteristics on the palate but just seems odd. Kinda like seeing your sister in bikini: You know what both are, but doesn’t seem right that they are together.

The recommendation of the bartender at Beer Station.
Pours light golden. White thin head
Moderately hoppy. The taste disapperas soon. Lively carbonation. Smooth. Definitely for first round. Light feeling.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft to glass
Slight skunkiness, malt, rhubarb, and hay. Bright clear yellow with a ring like white head...it looks nice. The taste is a classic ale with nice bitterness. Average, not exciting.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Really blown away by this beer. It has a crisp yellow colour with white head. Only complaint is that head foam does not last too long. Beer has a right amount of CO2, just enough to keep it crisp and fresh but not over whelming. For being 5.2% alcohol it tastes very light allowing for bigger consumption. It has a medium balance between sweet and bitter, neither over taking the taste. Light bodied beer that has taste of heavier beer. Very pleasant and lasting finish to this beer. Overall i am really impressed by this beer and can’t stop drinking it.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
600ml bottle, from a 4 packs bought at the brewery, bright yellow color, with a white foamy head, nice yeasty spicy cinnamon, wheaty, pale, toasted, bready malt nose with some ripe apple, pear esters, with a hint of sulfuric ash, and some faint lactic, citrusy hernal hop notes in the aroma follows through on a light-bodied palate with a yeasty, spicy, grainy wheat, pale, bready malt character with a light floral citrus, leafy hop, acidic oatmeal flavor, leading towards an mild acidic fruitiness, wheat maltiness, faint lingering hop bittering finish.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a clear golden yellow with a thinning white head. Aroma is light corriander and wheat. Taste is light mouth feel, corriander and light spice plays on the tongue with wheat and grain that fills in. A good start.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
A golden wheat ale with a thick white head, receeding. In aroma, chalky and fruity, with light fruity esters. In mouth, a smooth dryish malt with sweetish notes, chalky, just OK. Growler from brewery, tasted Dec. 18 2010.

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
@Mondial de la Bière 2010, Strasbourg - clear golden-yellow colour with a poor head retention; a light aromatic hoppiness, tart and moderate malt body; sharp palate, slightly bitter and with corny and light aromatic hoppy notes - fresh and boring
