Amber color pour with a white head. Pretty standard amber aroma of caramel malt and earthy hops. Flavor is much the same. A bit thin, but passable.

Reddish pour. Aroma is big on juicy hops and caramel. Flavor follows suit with a really nice hop finish. Good.

Hoppy aroma with a light amount of malt. Clear orange-red color with a small white head. Moderate bitter beginning joined by some light malt in the middle lasting to the finish.

On tap in a flight at the brewpub. Golden with a tinge of red, low carbonation. Small dissapating white head. Surprisingly low aroma. Some crystal malts and nondescript hops. Bitter especially in the finish. Overall a nice beer maybe a bit bitter for a red/American Amber Ale.

Served in a pint glass from tap. Had this at the Brewery, which was a very nice place. Review from notes. 3.5 A: Clear orange amber color, though the lighting was low so I could be off a bit. No head. The pour was a bad one and the beer was filled almost all the way up to the top of the glass so I can’t tell you much more. 3.0 S: Other than a touch of crystal malt, there isn’t anything going on. Rather disappointing. 4.5 T: Delicious and complex. Light fruits with a healthy bitterness that balances well. Malts are grainy, but not overly so. Herbal hop flavor. Everything meshes so well to make a great tasting brew. 4.0 M: Medium body. Smooth and creamy with good carbonation. 4.5 D: Excellent brew. This beer made the trip up to Flagstaff from Sedona worth while. Serving type: on-tap Reviewed on: 10-02-2009 05:15:57

West USA trip 2010. On tap @ the brewpub. The aroma has light hops, bit floral and some caramel malts. Clear, copper-amber coloured beer with not much head. The taste is slightly bitter, bit malty and a little citric. Average, but okay.

On tap @ Beaver St. - Pours a clear copper color with a small off white head. Aroma is light malt and hops. Flavor is lightly sweetened malt and balanced nicely with a good dose of hops. Medium body. Not a lot going on, but a decent beer.

pale copper color with a creamy small off white head and moderate drippy lacing. floral nose mixed with earthy spice and caramel malt. a weird flavor of dirty hops, caramel, malt, grass, earth and a mildly bittered dry finish. medium body with a crisp dry mouth feel. it gets a bit watery as it warms. 6/3/6/3/12/3.0

A so so beer. It is not the best red out there... but it was ok. Was a bit hoppy. I wouldn’t recomend it.
