33cl can bb12/14, cheeriodiosyncrasie for the UK supply! Pronounced dank orchard, dull rye and garden weed aroma, mixed under the apricot peel and dried mango slice. Taste sees some tangy vegetal notes interfere, a distinct note of chlore and chalk: maybe past its prime? Remains drinkable although off-target, the rye spice remaining well hidden under a dull wealth of resinous hops. Maybe to be revisited on prime draught.

330 ml can. BB 29/04/15. From alesbymail.co.uk.
My advent calendar door #3.
Cloudy amber colour with a small foamy off-white head.
Dark hops, mild yeast, moderate bitterness and some sweetness in the aroma. The flavour is moderate bitterness, hops, caramel malt and dryness. This is closer to an Amber Ale than an IPA.
